What is a design brief page?
Design brief page is a first step of getting your design. There you describe in as much detail what do you want to see in your design. This will greatly help a designer to transform your ideas and vision to a design you will love.
Can I use my own images for design?
Yes, if you have a specific image, graphic or icon you wish to use for your design. Please include it with your design brief.
What are design concepts?
Design concepts are first rough designs of your project. We’ll create and explore many design concepts and ideas while working on your project, but will present you with two best ones to choose from. After receiving them you’ll have a pretty good idea on how your project will look like and you’ll be able to decide if you want to move the project forward to a completion or if you want your money back.
How do sets of design revisions work?
After choosing one initial design and moving the project forward. You have 2 sets of revisions or edits to that design. In 1st set of revisions make any changes you want. In 2nd and last set of revisions you make final tweaks to complete your design.
My design is done, but I want more work done to it?
If after 2 sets of revisions you want more variations or additional work done to your design. No problem, specify exactly what else you need done and you will be given a price quote for that work.

For more than 1 social media page design, each is $99. You’ll get editable Adobe Photoshop PSD, and web preview JPG files.
What do I get with brand guide?
With brand guide design you get 10 page PDF document that explains the usage and how your brand works for $299. For consistency anyone that uses your brand should follow it’s brand guide rules. Basic brand guide consists of the following 10 pages:

- Introduction (about the brand)
- Contents (list of all pages)
- Primary logo (concept and final logo)
- Logo variations (all versions, icons and taglines)

What is stock image?
Stock image is professionally photographed or designed high resolution image that is sold online. We usually use stock photography for a range of design projects such as: Social media page, Website, Powerpoint presentation, Infographic, Trade show booth, Banner, Poster, Emailer, Newsletter, Web banner, Print ad, Brochure, Postcard, Flyer, etc. Because of affordability and quality most of our stock imagery is purchased from istockphoto.com for $10-40 per image.
Do I really get my money back?
If you’re not happy with initial design concepts and don’t want to move project to a completion, we will honour our money back guarantee. Money is refunded the same way it was received, and only 100% of the amount received. We will not compensate for any fees charged during initial payment or a refund. After receiving your money back you can’t use any initial designs or concepts created for you.
