I need a design, how do I start?

What is a design brief page?
Design brief page is a first step of getting your design. There you describe in as much detail what do you want to see in your design. This will greatly help a designer to transform your ideas and vision to a design you will love.
Can I use my own images for design?
Yes, if you have a specific image, graphic or icon you wish to use for your design. Please include it with your design brief.
What are design concepts?
Design concepts are first rough designs of your project. We’ll create and explore many design concepts and ideas while working on your project, but will present you with two best ones to choose from. After receiving them you’ll have a pretty good idea on how your project will look like and you’ll be able to decide if you want to move the project forward to a completion or if you want your money back.
How do sets of design revisions work?
After choosing one initial design and moving the project forward. You have 2 sets of revisions or edits to that design. In 1st set of revisions make any changes you want. In 2nd and last set of revisions you make final tweaks to complete your design.
My design is done, but I want more work done to it?
If after 2 sets of revisions you want more variations or additional work done to your design. No problem, specify exactly what else you need done and you will be given a price quote for that work.
What do I get with my design?
After receiving your final design files you are the exclusive owner of your design.

I got my stationery, where do I print it?
Once you get your stationery design print ready files, you can just forward them to your local printer. There are many printers online, but it’s always a good idea to visit them if you can. That way you see their work samples up close, and can make a decision on what paper stock, print process and coating finish to use. If you need help with printing your design, we can do all the work with printers for $99.
Do I really get my money back?
If you’re not happy with initial design concepts and don’t want to move project to a completion, we will honour our money back guarantee. Money is refunded the same way it was received, and only 100% of the amount received. We will not compensate for any fees charged during initial payment or a refund. After receiving your money back you can’t use any initial designs or concepts created for you.
